ENERGY WORK PROGRAMS

As I have emphasized throughout, crystals are tools that support healing work that has to be initiated through conscious action. In addition to doing energy visualization/meditation exercises, which I include with any stones you obtain from me, I highly recommend incorporating your stones with the following programs. When journaling I keep stones next to me and when meditating I lay them on my body or place them in front of me. I keep them in my space to hold the energetic intention of what I am focusing on.

To Be Magnetic™ — Lacy Phillips

This is the main program that I use and that I wholeheartedly believe in. It has completely transformed my life. I started reading Lacy’s original blog back in 2013 and then started working with her as a private client in 2015 when I was at rock bottom. Since then she has grown her platform exponentially and now offers so many incredible workshops, all based on the manifestation method she developed through her own experiences. Her approach is rooted in neuroplasticity and her exercises were developed to rewire your limiting subconscious beliefs in order to shift your energy to be in alignment with your true needs and wants.

Becoming Supernatural — Dr. Joe Dispenza

Both Lacy and Dr. Joe have approaches that are fundamentally rooted in neuroplasticity. In this book, he does an amazing job of analyzing how energy affects our lives while providing the physiological explanations behind it. He has done tons of research to scientifically support his work. I am particularly fond of his breathing technique.

Human Design

The Human Design System is “a precise map and user guide that gives us access to how we are each genetically and uniquely designed to engage with the world, and how our own inner guidance system for decision-making operates”, as described by its founder Ra Uru Hu. I highly recommend figuring out what your human design is by generating your chart here. Learning that I was a projector helped me to decipher which of my behavioral tendencies were inherent to my authentic way of doing things and which were imposed by external sources thus not only foreign but preventing me from manifesting what I wanted. I now understand how to better apply my energy and how to approach situations in the most optimal ways.

BOOKS — CRYSTALS

Katrina Raphaell, Uma Silbey, and Naisha Ahsian are all pioneers in the realm of crystal healing. They are the OGs and have been working with stones since the 70s and 80s, which is when they released some of the first and highest caliber guides on working with stones and energy. The quality of their insights and their profound wisdom is unparalleled, which is why they are the only people I recommend for deepening your understanding of crystals.
