Vintage Les Ateliers Taggert Handwoven Pillow, c. 1970s. Made from sisal and cotton – raw and spun, natural and dyed.
Daniel and Ginette Taggart founded “Les Ateliers Taggart” in Pennsylvania in 1970. In 1974 they opened a small place in Haiti where they sold their hand woven pillows, wall hangings, and handbags made from natural common fibers, including sisal and cotton.
