Physical energy is our vital life force. In the chakra system, this energy originates at the base of the spine at the root chakra (1st) and is then harnessed and converted through the other chakras, starting with the sacral (2nd). Each person is individually responsible for choosing how they convert this energy into conscious action, thus deciding what reality they create and bring into existence.
