Inspired by a trip the author took to Japan in the late 1960's, this book, published by Ediciones Poligrafa in Barcelona, recounts stories from his travels as well as observations about the artistic objects he encountered. There are 116 full page photographs of objects (in color and black and white), including fans, clothes, tools, packages, baskets, puppets, masks, and dolls, along with an index of all items. The book has full text and indexes written in Spanish, English, French and German.
