Because when we align with Source energy and follow its guidance with open hearts our actions are rooted in love and authenticity, not our egos. Emeralds have taught me to pause before making decisions so I can ask myself: "Is what I am about to do coming from my ego or my heart?" When I choose the option that comes from looking within my heart space I am never led astray. Things might not always unfold as I had initially wanted, but this practice has enabled me to establish trust in myself and in the Universe. I feel confident knowing that whatever happens is transpiring just as it should in accordance with my higher self. This eliminates resistance, calms my anxiety, stops me from the detrimental habit of comparing myself to others, and allows me to release control with the reassurance that my journey is happening just as it should for me.
