This catalogue was produced in conjunction with a major exhibition of Man Ray’s at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in 1966.

First Edition. Softcover. 148 pages. It includes various lengthy texts, including a section headed "Man Ray on Man Ray." A second section of texts, headed "Man Ray's Friends on Man Ray," includes writings by Paul Éluard, Marcel Duchamp, Rose Selavy, André Breton, Tristan Tzara, and Hans Richter. There are also biographical notes on the artist, a checklist of the 300 works exhibited, 6 color plates, and 103 additional illustrations in black and white (including historical photographs). The cover shows some mild wear but overall very good condition.
